SIXTEEN years after the passing of Master Rapper Francis Magalona, comedian Michael V. got a tattoo to honor his late friend.
“I have nothing against tattoos, except for the part na masakit pala s’ya,” he shared on Instagram. “Pero minsan, mas okay na ‘yung sakit na alam mo ang pinanggalingan kesa du’n sa bigla mo na lang mararamdaman.”
Reflecting on Francis M.’s lasting influence, Michael V. said, “FrancisM will live through his music. Every time you listen to any of his songs, his memory will last a lifetime.”
He ended his tribute with the numbers 3-6-9-12.
