KRIS Aquino shared a hopeful update on her health as she posted photos showing improved weight and energy following months of treatment.
The TV host also confirmed her move to their ancestral home in Alto in San Miguel, Tarlac with sons Joshua and Bimby.
“Probinsyana na si KCA and it’s #lovelovelove!” she wrote on Instagram, saying they are learning to live as a “nuclear family.” She said they eat dinner together daily without gadgets to “bond like a family.”
Aquino said her bone pain remains triggered by cold weather but added, “This is now part of my life and it hasn’t broken my spirit yet.”
She added that she continues to work with doctors to manage pain flare-ups. “The bone pain is awful because of the weather,” she said, “but I’m still here.”
She also recalled emotional moments tied to her late mother, former President Cory Aquino, after deciding to move into her ancestral home.
“When I told kuya that his Lola’s house would be our house he looked angry and said, ‘No, that’s Lola house,’” she wrote. She said she reassured him that the home was meant for him, a response that made him smile.
