ACTRESS Claudine Barretto revealed she was involved in an accident while taping the TV5 series “Totoy Bato,” starring Kiko Estrada, saying the young actor helped save her life.
Claudine shared a video on her Facebook account on Wednesday, January 22, showing her bloodied and struggling to walk, as Kiko assisted and carried her to safety.
“God bless my son @kikoestradaofficial for saving my life,” Claudine wrote in her post. She also thanked the production team, cast, and crew, adding that she gives “all glory & honor” to God for her protection.
“To my hero, my baby boy who took care of me—and I’m alive because of this little boy now,” the actress added.
Kiko downplayed his role, responding simply, “Nahh, you’re always gonna be safe here.”
Claudine later revealed that Kiko was also injured during the incident. “He hurt himself really bad,” she said, though Kiko insisted it was only minor.
Claudine clarified, “For you, a bit kasi strong ka. Pero ang totoo, hindi maganda ’yung nangyari sa ’yo. Hindi niya kasalanan ’yon.”
She ended by reminding the production to look after Kiko. “Everybody, please take care of my baby boy. He saved my life,” she said, giving the actor a kiss on the cheek.
