His father, Edward Hizon, even reposted a netizen’s message celebrating his son’s unexpected spotlight: “Kenneth na first crush ni Kathryn nong Grade 2, sumakses ka,” with a caption that read, “’Di pa niya nakalimutan bunso ko.”
Fans even unearthed their Grade 2 yearbook photos and birthdays—Kenneth was born on March 16, 1995, a year older than Kathryn, who was born on March 26, 1996.
