A MIX-UP involving comedian John Feir drew laughs online after he accidentally attended the wrong wedding in Makati.
In a social media post, his friend Mikoy Morales said Feir showed up on January 3 at Don Bosco Church in Makati, thinking it was the wedding he was invited to attend.
The actual wedding, however, was scheduled in March.
“Please RSVP on or before Jan. 3,” Morales said was written on the invitation, which Feir mistakenly took as the wedding date.
Morales jokingly issued a “public service announcement” asking the couple who got married that afternoon if they could send their same-day edit (SDE), as Feir had been included in photos and videos.
“Si John naka-barong. Lahat naka-suit. Doon pa lang nagtaka na,” Morales wrote, adding that Feir did not recognize anyone at the ceremony.
Photographers allegedly placed Feir at the front during the shoot, adjusting angles for photos and videos, unaware that he was not an invited guest.
Morales said Feir later realized the mistake and contacted friends to confirm that he had gone to the wrong wedding. “Na-Patrick siya in real life,” Morales added, referring to a popular sitcom joke about attending the wrong event.
Morales ended his post by thanking Feir “in advance” for attending and joking that he should at least enjoy the food at the reception.
