ACTOR Jericho Rosales took to social media to call out beachgoers in Tandag, Surigao del Sur for leaving trash along the shore.
In an Instagram post, Rosales shared photos of various kinds of litter strewn across the sand, including empty drink bottles, plastic wrappers, and food containers.
The post was captioned with a mix of humor and frustration.
“Ang puti nga ng kilikili mo, ang itim naman ng budhi mo sa kalikasan,” Rosales wrote, addressing beachgoers who failed to clean up after themselves. “Magbago na po tayo.”
The actor, known for his love of surfing and coastal clean-ups, also poked fun at some of the discarded items.
“C2 nagtapon nito ha?” he quipped, referring to a popular bottled drink. “Pagkatapos gumawa ng sawsawan, diretso dapat sa basurahan…Proteksyon sa mga nagkakalat kailangan din natin…Kahit tiyan ng buwaya, di kayang tunawin ito.”
