Jake Ejercito to sue vlogger who filmed daughter Ellie without consent

ACTOR Jake Ejercito on Friday said he is exploring legal options against a vlogger who filmed and posted a video of his 13-year-old daughter Ellie without her consent.

The content creator, identified as Crist Briand, has since deleted the video. However, Jake called on the public to continue reporting the vlogger’s page, describing him as an “irresponsible clout chaser.”

“Thank you to those who reported the video. Please continue reporting the page of this irresponsible clout chaser who ambushed a 13-year-old girl for views,” the actor wrote in a social media post.

“This ‘influencer’ filmed Ellie without her consent. She did not want to be in his video—let alone be posted by him. Clout-chasing should never come at the cost of someone’s privacy, especially a minor’s,” he added.

As of this writing, the vlogger has not publicly responded to Ejercito’s statement.

Briand was the same vlogger who posted a video showing him urinating on a wall with a campaign poster of Quiboloy’s Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) in Davao City a few months ago.
