Jackie Forster: Kobe Paras physically assaulted by Kyline Alcantara

ACTRESS Jackie Forster addressed the breakup of her son Kobe Paras and actress Kyline Alcantara, saying the basketball player did not cheat on his former girlfriend and was even physically assaulted during their relationship.

In a video posted on Instagram on April 27, Forster said accusations and speculation against Kobe could have been avoided if Kyline’s camp had not asked Kobe’s father, Benjie Paras, to tell the public that the two were still together.

She said Kyline’s camp had been reluctant to admit the breakup due to contractual obligations.

Based on what she had learned, Forster said the relationship between Kobe and Kyline started to cool off after their US trip in January.

“Some things were said and done… that were, let’s say, red flag. For the next few months, Kobe had a few more encounters with Kyline’s parents that really put him off,” Forster said.

She added that Kobe had tried to fix things with Kyline but something was said and done that he considered “unforgivable.”

“So, he finally left,” she said. “Kobe gives his all. He’s generous. He’s kind. He sticks to one but when he made to feel a certain way, he’s done.”

Forster questioned why Kyline and her camp were allowing the public to believe Kobe was a “cheater.”

She also said that it was Kyline who asked Kobe to stay at her place.

“You let him borrow your car and stay at your place while he was waiting on the condo that he wanted to buy, only for you and your family to belittle him. He was there because you asked, and he stayed because he wanted to try. Trying to make it all work,” Forster said.

She said Kobe had described the situation to her as “toxic.”

Forster also claimed that Kyline had physically hurt Kobe and had repeatedly checked his cellphone.

“He was already distant. You’re grabbing his phone and you physically assaulted him and in a manner that was provoking. Why? Why would you do that? Why would you put Kobe in that position? Why do you need to be violent?” she said.

“You’re allowing Kobe to be painted as the villain. All because he didn’t want to be with you anymore,” Forster added.
