ACTRESS and social media star Ivana Alawi denied accusations that she was involved in breaking up a family, saying she would never do something she herself had experienced as a child.
In a lie detector segment on her YouTube channel, Ivana was asked point-blank: “Ikaw ba ang nanira ng pamilya?”
Her response was firm: “No! Hindi ako pinalaking manira ng pamilya. I respect family kasi kami nga, broken family. Ano ‘to, tapos ako maninira ng family? Sira ulo ka pala e!”
The machine indicated she was telling the truth.
Although Ivana did not name names, the test appeared to allude to recent rumors linking her to former Bacolod City Mayor and now Negros Occidental Rep. Alfredo “Albee” Benitez, whose estranged wife Nikki Benitez recently filed a VAWC (Violence Against Women and Children) complaint against him.
In the complaint, Nikki accused the lawmaker of engaging in extramarital affairs with several women, including Ivana and other actresses.
