ISINAPUBLIKO ng aktres at social media personality na si Ivana Alawi na hindi na siya konektado sa diamond jewelry brand na LVNA by Drake Dustin.
Sa isang statement, inihayag ng abogado ni Ivana na si Atty. Joji Alonso na hindi na endorser ng brand ang kanyang kliyente.
“This is to inform the public that Ms. Ivana Alawi is no longer connected with the brand LVNA By Drake Dustin,” lahad ni Alonso sabay dagdag na bukod sa pagiging endorser ay naging investor din ang aktres sa Cebu branch ng kumpanya.
“As legal concerns arose in the contract between Ms. Alawi and Drake Dustin, there had been a verbal arrangement to rescind their agreement,” sabi niya.
Sa kasalukuyan, dagdag ng abogado, ay nasa korte na ang isyu ng “rescission of the agreement”.
“As such, the use of Ms. Alawi’s name or image for purposes of LVNA’s brand endorsement or business dealings is considered unauthorized and must not be recognized in any capacity,” sabi pa ni Alonso.
Wala pang pahayag ang nasabing jewelry company ukol sa pangyayari.
