UMAPELA sa publiko ang direktor na si Ryan Benitez na huwag agad husgagan ang kanyang partner na si Jojo Nones, isa sa dalawang independent contractors ng GMA Network na inireklamo ng rape ng young actor na si Sandro Muhlach.
Sa Facebook post, inilahad ni Benitez ay dalawang dekada na niya ng kasama sa buhay si Nones kaya alam niyang hindi magagawa ng kanyang partner ang ibinibintang ni Muhlach.
“I know what he’s capable of and what he’s not. He’s far from perfect, but I’m certain that the people who truly know Jojo have experienced the love and light in his heart,” aniya.
Ipinaalala rin ni Benitez sa publiko na tao lamang si Nones at ang isa pang inasunto ng rape ni Muhlach na si Richard “Dode” Cruz.
“In the midst of the chaos, I hope people can be compassionate enough to reserve their judgment about Jojo and Dode and let the wheels of justice run their course,” wika niya.
“You may have unfavorable opinion of them now, but Jojo and Dode are people too—with family and friends who love them and who are also hurting.” dagdag niya.
