DRAMA didn’t take a break during Claudia Barretto’s big day — and big sis Dani Barretto wasn’t having any of it.
Just days after Dennis Padilla aired his frustrations about feeling like a “visitor” at his own daughter’s wedding, Dani took to Instagram with a heartfelt message for newlyweds Claudia and Basti Lorenzo — and a not-so-subtle reminder to keep the spotlight where it belongs.
“Don’t let anything or anyone dim the light of this moment,” Dani wrote, congratulating the couple on finally tying the knot after a decade together.
“This day is yours… You deserve every bit of it.”
The emotional post came after Padilla vented on social media, saying he was snubbed during Claudia’s intimate wedding, not even getting the traditional father-of-the-bride moment.
“Grabe kayo! Nabudol niyo ako! Father of the bride naging visitor!” he wrote, clearly hurt.
In an interview with Ogie Diaz, Padilla shared he wasn’t included in the entourage and didn’t get to walk Claudia down the aisle — a painful moment for any father.
Claudia, along with siblings Julia and Leon, are Dennis’ children with ex-wife Marjorie Barretto.
