VETERAN entertainment host and columnist Cristy Fermin fired back at Vice Ganda on Sunday over remarks he made during the “Super Divas” concert with Regine Velasquez at the Araneta Coliseum.
During the show, Vice spotted comedians Lassy Marquez and MC Muah in the audience and quipped: “So you made it. Bakit kayo nandito? Magagalit si Cristy Fermin! Akala nila magkakaaway tayo, sisirain ninyo ‘yung narrative. Mawawalan sila ng content.”
The exchange drew laughter from the audience, with MC and Lassy also chuckling on stage.
On her program “Cristy Ferminute” the following day, Fermin denied making up stories about Vice, MC, or Lassy.
“Anong content? Ano? Inimbento namin ‘yong kuwento? Hindi kami nag-iimbento ng kuwento. May binasa kami. Alam mo ‘yan, MC!” she said. “Naku, ha! ‘Wag na kayong mag-utuan. At ‘wag n’yo kaming gamitin.”
Addressing the two comedians directly, she added: “Lassy, MC, lalo ka na MC, maano ngang magpakatotoo ka! Ano ba ang sinabi mo kay Vice? Anong malay namin sa nangyari sa Palawan? Ano’ng alam namin sa ‘Showtime?’ Ano’ng alam namin sa pagkakaibigan n’yo?”
Fermin then warned Vice: “Mag-reality check ka, Vice. Nasa palibot mo lang ang mga ahas na tumutuklaw sa ‘yo. Puwede ba magtigil nga kayo? Magpakatotoo nga kayo!”
The tension traces back to a vlog MC and Vice filmed in Palawan in May 2025, where Vice criticized MC for allegedly being difficult to get along with during vacations.
