INIHAYAG ng veteran actor na si Niño Muhlach na inihahanda na ang pagsasampa ng kasong kriminal laban sa dalawang independent contractors ng GMA Network na nang-abuso umano sa anak na si Sandro.
“Tinatapos lang po namin i-file ang criminal case then I’ll talk,” ani Niño. Hindi naman idinetalye ng “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” actor kung ano-anong kaso ang isasampa laban kina Richard Dode Cruz at Jojo Nones.
Kaugnay nito, pinakiusapan ng abogado nina Cruz at Noned ang publiko na huwag makisawsaw sa isyu na may kinalaman sa mga alegasyon si Sandro.
Sa statement, sinabi ni Atty. Maggie Garduque na nalulungkot ang kanyang mga kliyente sa mga kumakalat na ulat laban sa kanila sa social media. Dagdag ng abogado: “Though these allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event, we would like to reserve the right to respond in the proper forum when we receive the copy of the formal complaint.”
Sa kasalukuyan, ani Garduque, ay iniimbestigahan na ng GMA ang “serious allegations” kina Cruz at Nones base sa reklamo ni Muhlach.
“We urge the public to respect the investigation being conducted on this case and we advise people who have no personal knowledge of the incident to refrain from posting baseless, defamatory allegations and therefore unfairly subjecting both parties to publicity trial,” dagdag niya.
