ACTOR Coco Martin is reportedly in the process of acquiring a property in Spain with his long-time partner Julia Montes, according to industry sources familiar with the couple’s recent travel preparations.
The two have been known to spend time in Spain for vacations, and sources say they are preparing travel and legal documents for another trip abroad.
The same sources said Julia had inquired about the requirements for purchasing property overseas, including documents needed for foreign ownership.
Actress Bea Alonzo owns a property in Spain, but neither she nor Julia has confirmed any consultation between them regarding the matter.
Julia has recently taken a more active role in managing Coco’s business affairs, while also pursuing her own ventures. Coco, meanwhile, continues to work as actor, director, and producer on his primetime series, alongside multiple brand endorsements.
As of this writing, both camps have yet to issue an official statement on the reported property acquisition.
