TV personality Chie Filomeno fired back at netizens who labeled her a “starlet.”
On Facebook, Chie reacted to a commenter referring to her rift with former GirlTrends member Dawn Chang as the “Battle of the Starlets” on Reddit threads.
“Oh tapos? Nakakabobo Reddit. Go, maniwala lang kayo sa mga post doon HAHAHAHA,” she wrote.
The tension between Chie and Dawn stems from an old incident during a dance rehearsal, where Dawn accused Chie of stealing her steps and allegedly starting a fight.
Dawn claimed, “Itong si girl, nagre-rehearse kami ng dance, inagawan ba naman ako ng position sa steps, tapos inaway ako, nagpa-interview pa ako daw nang-away.”
Chie, however, was quick to dismiss the drama. “Naka-move on na lahat. Tahimik na buhay ko, andoon pa din si ate mo Dawn. 2025 na, tumigil ka na kung hindi mo kaya mag name drop,” she said.
