MISS Universe 2018 Catriona Gray laughed off online buzz linking her to Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, saying there’s nothing romantic between them, just a mutual Instagram follow.
“Nagulat din ako,” Catriona said in an interview on Wednesday, June 12, when asked about the so-called “ViCat” tandem coined by fans.
“Hindi ko in-expect… Follow-an lang. Mutuals lang,” she said. “Basta happy people, but there’s nothing much more than a mutual follow.”
The online pairing gained traction after netizens noticed that the two public figures were following each other on Instagram.
Vico, known for keeping his personal life private, has also previously been linked to Atasha Muhlach and TV anchor Gretchen Ho.
