KAPUSO actress Carla Abellana is reportedly set to tie the knot before the year ends, according to veteran entertainment reporter and talent manager Ogie Diaz.
In the latest episode of Ogie’s YouTube series “Showbiz Update,” he said that a reliable source told him the actress will marry her non-showbiz boyfriend, who is said to be the chief medical officer of a private hospital in Quezon City.
“Guwapo raw ito in person, ha. At chinito,” Ogie said.
Other sources said that the man was Carla’s first boyfriend in high school, and that the two rekindled their relationship years after parting ways.
The doctor reportedly remained single even after Carla’s previous marriage ended.
Carla confirmed last August that she was seeing someone, saying she was “opening herself up to dating and meeting people.”
She was previously married to actor Tom Rodriguez, but their marriage lasted only a few months and was later annulled.
Rodriguez is now a father to a son, Korben, with a non-showbiz partner.
