BEA Borres said on Facebook that it’s “not that serious and deep” when she rejected Herlene Budol as godmother to her soon-to-be-born child.
The topic came up on Alex Gonzaga’s vlog, Puto Bumbong Girls, where both Bea and Herlene guested.
Herlene volunteered to be a ninang to Bea’s baby girl, but Bea politely declined.
“I didn’t know naman na magiging issue sa inyo hahah edi kayo mag-anak!” Bea wrote on Facebook, adding that she already had a list of godparents for her baby as early as her first trimester. “Btw, love ko si ate Herlene ha,” she added.
Herlene, meanwhile, said on TikTok that she took the rejection in stride.
“Okay lang naman kasi ang daming na-hurt para sa’kin kasi nag-volunteer ako bilang ninang, pero ‘di ako kinuha, okay lang ‘yun,” she said.
