A video posted on the Facebook page of his wife, Mylene Yap-Espiritu, gave fans a tour of their apartment unit in Los Angeles, California.
The unit is located on a higher floor, has three bedrooms, is fully furnished, and comes with a veranda overlooking the street below.
In the video, Andrew E is heard saying, “Welcome back home,” suggesting that the property is indeed theirs.
The rapper and his family are currently in the U.S. for a mix of vacation and work.
Mylene confirmed that they own the apartment when asked if the unit had been purchased.
The property is located in a commercial area, surrounded by restaurants and establishments.
