AIRA Bermudez-Inovero performed on the final night of the SexBomb Girls’ rAWnd 5 reunion concert at the Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday, February 8, a day after sustaining a fall during the show.
Following the incident, Aira assured fans that she was safe and would still return to the stage despite the accident.
The fall occurred on February 7, the second night of the three-day concert, as she delivered a high-energy solo number featuring an aerial dance routine.
During the performance, she was repeatedly lifted and flipped by her backup dancers.
Midway through the routine, Aira accidentally flipped face-down and hit the stage floor, briefly alarming concertgoers. She nonetheless completed the performance, earning loud cheers from the crowd.
Fans later flooded social media with messages urging her to rest and prioritize her health.
In response, Aira posted an update on February 8, confirming that she did not suffer any serious injury and would continue performing.
“Keep moving forward. Bumagsak man ako kagabi at naaksidente pero babangon at lalaban tayo ngayon,” she wrote.
She added, “I’m okay, nothing serious happened and I’m ready. The show must go on! See you later!”
She also underscored her fighting spirit, saying, “Hindi ako pinalaki ng SexBomb para bumawi, pinalaki ako para lumaban.”
