TINIYAK ni Pangulong Duterte na darating ang tulong sa mga nasalanta ng Bagyong Odette.
“There’s a little money left so I can help you. Help will arrive here, but I don’t know if the food has arrived. It takes a bit of time to transport everything despite the fact that naka-position na sila doon sa…,” sabi ni Duterte sa kanyang pagbisita sa Maasin, Southern Leyte.
Kabilang ang Maasin sa mga lugar na pinadapa ng bagyong ‘Odette’.
“Usually the key areas have been plotted unless there’s a radical change of — sa hangin, naka-position na ang mga resources. Sooner or later, it will arrive. Usually, it will arrive earlier because they’ll deliver it near the areas that had been hit by the typhoon,” ayon pa kay Duterte.
Bukod sa Maasin, kabilang sa mga binisitang lugar ni Duterte ang Siargao at Dinagat Islands.
