THE officer in charge of an elementary school in Lantapan, Bukidnon was injured after being hit on the head with an electric fan stand by a teacher on Wednesday.
Police said the incident happened at Balila Elementary School after the teacher, identified as “John,” became irate when the biometric scanner failed to read his fingerprint.
He reportedly smashed several items before attacking the OIC, identified only as “Rasel.”
The commotion forced other teachers to flee, while responding police officers were also confronted by the suspect.
The teacher is now detained as investigators look into possible administrative and criminal charges.
