2 slain in fight over liquor

TWO men were stabbed to death after refusing to pay for additional liquor during a drinking session in Brgy. San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur on Tuesday.

Police arrested the suspect, 38, shortly after the incident.

The victims, both from Davao Oriental, were identified by their aliases “Parak” and “Molong.” They had recently moved to the area.

Pili police chief Lt. Col. Dennis Pabilonia said the three were drinking together past 10 p.m. when the suspect asked the two to contribute money for more alcohol. 

When they declined, a heated argument broke out, which ended with the suspect stabbing them.

The victims were rushed to the hospital but were declared dead on arrival.
