KINUMPIRMA ni Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto na nagbitiw na siya sa Aksyon Demokratiko.
“Since I resigned from Aksyon Demokratiko last July, I never made any announcement. But since media has now reported it, here is my resignation letter,” sabi ni Sotto sa kanyang Twitter.
Pinamumunuan ang Aksyon Demokratiko ni dating Manila Mayor Isko Moreno.
“I respected party decisions while I was a member, but for reasons stated in the letter, I decided to resign after the elections,” dagdag ni Sotto.
Ayon pa sa alkalde papunta umano sa ibang direksyon ang partido kung kayat nagbitiw na rin siya sa pwesto.
