SINABI ni incoming National Security Adviser (NSA) Clarita Carlos na tuloy-tuloy ang paghahain ng diplomatic protest laban sa China sa ilalim ni President-elect Bongbong Marcos bunsod sa patuloy na pag-aangkin nito sa West Philippine Sea (WPS).
“Well, we will continue to file diplomatic protest ‘no. Never mind that we are filing 10,000 of them because if you don’t, that means we acquiesce to the situation on the ground,” sabi ni Carlos sa Laging Handa briefing.
Idinagdag pa ni Carlos na itutuloy rin ang bilateral at multilateral talks sa China at iba pang makapangyarihang bansa.
“Because it’s not only China who is laying claims to the contested South and East China Sea. Let’s just continue to talk because the alternative is something unacceptable to all of us,” aniya.
