ITINALAGA ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang dalawang bagong associate justice ng Court of Appeals.
Kabilang sa mga itinalaga ay sina John Zurbito Lee at Eleuterio Larisma Bathan.
Pupunan nila ang posisyon na binakante nina Associate Justice Dorothy Montejo-Gonzaga at Associate Justice Japar Dimaampao.
Inilipat si Dimaampao sa Korte Suprema.
“We wish both Associate Justices all the best, and we are confident that they would dispense justice with fairness, impartiality and integrity,” sabi ni acting presidential spokesperson Secretary Martin Andanar.
