Toni Fowler hospitalized, warns about food safety

CONTENT creator Toni Fowler revealed that she had been hospitalized multiple times due to health complications she linked to food safety issues.

In a social media post shared toward the end of the year, Fowler said she was diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori infection, which worsened her hyperacidity and led to repeated hospital visits.

Fowler said she grew up eating whatever food was available and was not picky, which carried over into adulthood. She admitted to frequently eating street food, including fish balls, kwek-kwek, and barbecue.

However, she noted that improper food handling and unsanitary conditions may have contributed to her illness.

She stressed that her experience taught her an important lesson about health and self-care.
