BILLIONAIRE Robina Gokongwei-Pe has humorously addressed the long-standing urban legend about her “snake twin,” which has been a subject of fascination since the 1990s.
Sharing a photo on social media, Gokongwei-Pe posed beside snake decorations at a Robinsons Department Store, displayed in celebration of the Year of the Snake.
“Look who finally decided to come out of hiding. My shining, shimmering golden twin (with his pretty in pink girlfriend)! Here’s to a slitheringly good Year of the Snake!” she joked in the caption.
The urban myth, which claimed Gokongwei-Pe had a “taong ahas” twin said to lurk in fitting rooms of Robinsons malls, has been repeatedly debunked by the Gokongwei family.
