NEWLY proclaimed senator Erwin Tulfo visited the grave of his mother, Caridad Teshiba Tulfo, to offer his victory.
In a Facebook post, Tulfo shared a photo of himself holding his certificate of proclamation beside his mother’s tombstone.
“I made it, Mom,” he wrote in the caption. “Thank you for your prayers then and even now in heaven. I love you forever, Mom.”
He will be joining his brother, Sen. Raffy Tulfo, in the Senate. Their other sibling, Ben Tulfo, failed in his senatorial bid.
