Apo ni Panday unveils iconic Panday sword

KING of Philippine movie Fernando Poe Jr.’s grandson and first nominee of FPJ Panday Bayanihan party-list, Brian Poe, led the unveiling of the iconic Panday sword at their new headquarters in San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

The event drew over 350 attendees, including local officials such as Basista Mayor JR Resuello, Urbiztondo Vice Mayor Volter Balolong, Lingayen Vice Mayor JM Crisostomo, and several councilors, showing strong community support.

In his speech, Poe shared that the sword and FPJ memorabilia were placed to make the headquarters more inviting for constituents seeking assistance.

“We made the place more accessible and added memorabilia from FPJ, so while people wait, they can enjoy and take photos,” he said.

The Panday sword, symbolizing justice, bravery, and service, stands as a tribute to FPJ’s enduring legacy. The unveiling highlighted the party-list’s commitment to uphold FPJ’s ideals—courage, compassion, and bayanihan.

Through this initiative, FPJ Panday Bayanihan seeks to inspire the next generation to pursue public service and uphold the values the late actor stood for, ensuring his legacy continues to empower communities across the country.
