NANINIWALA si Pangulong Duterte na hindi mawawala ang political dynasty sa bansa kung hindi aamyendahan ang Saligang Batas.
“You know, no offense intended, kapareho-pareho man ta. Pero kanang provision sa Constitution about political dynasty, dili gyud na mulusot maski’g unsaon because most of the… ” sabi ni Duterte sa kanyang talumpati sa inagurasyon ng Siargao Island Sports and Tourism Complex at ng Catangnan-Cabitoonan Bridge.
Idinagdag ni Duterte na hindi rin ito lulusot sa mga mambabatas kung ang gagawin ay Constituent Assembly.
“If you convert it into a constituent assembly and allow Congress to, well, initiate changes in the Constitution, it will never be passed not because we do not want it or we want it but the people (in Congress),” dagdag pa ni Duterte.
