IKINATUWA ng kampo ni dating senator Ferdinand Marcos ang desisyon ng Commission on Elections na ibasura ang petisyon para ikansela ang kanyang certificate of candidacy.
Sinabi ni Atty. Vic Rodriguez, chief of staff at spokesman ni Marcos na nagsalita na ang Comelec kaugnay sa isyu.
“We extend our hand of unity even to the fiercest of adversaries and invite them to work together in ensuring a clean, fair and credible elections as our initial collective contribution towards nation building for the future of our people, the Filipino children and the youth, and for our beloved Philippines to move forward,” sabi ni Rodriguez.
Ibinasura ng Comelec second division sa pamumuno ni Commissioner Rowena Guanzon ang petisyon laban kay Marcos ngayong umaga.
