Pilot F2F classes dadagdagan ng DepEd

DADAGDAGAN ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang bilang ng mga eskwelahan na isasali sa pilot face-to-face classes matapos itong aprubahan ni Pangulong Duterte.

Ayon sa DepEd, gagawin nila ito dahil sa patuloy na improvement ng COVID-19 situation sa bansa.

“The expansion of the number of pilot schools will allow a greater degree of experience among all our regions that will serve us well for the expanded phase of face-to-face classes,” ayon sa kalatas ng kagawaran.

Sa report ng Department of Health, may 484 sa 638 paaralan ang pumasa sa “granular” risk assessment as bilang low-risk.

“We have also received several appeals from LGUs (local government units) including NCR (National Capital Region) to have their schools in their jurisdiction selected in the pilot implementation,” dagdag pa ng DepEd.

Sa kasalukuyan meron lamang 100 na public at 20 private na paaralan ang pasok sa pilot face-to-face classes na magsisimula sa November 15 at 22.
