INAPRUBAHAN ni Pangulong Duterte ang rekomendasyon ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) na ibalik sa general community quarantine (GCQ) ang Metro Manila sa harap ng banta ng Delta variant.
Bukod sa Metro Manila sakop din ng GCQ with heightened restrictions mula Hulyo 23 hanggang Hulyo 31 ang Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Davao de Oro at Davao del Norte.
Sa ilalim ng kautusan bawal na lumabas ang mga batang edad lima pataas.
“As these areas will be placed under GCQ with heightened restrictions, children five years old and above will not be allowed to go to outdoor areas,” ani Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.
Isasailalim naman sa GCQ ang
Davao del Sur simula Hulyo 23 hanggang Hulyo 31.
“Meanwhile, all incoming international travelers in all ports of entry must strictly comply with testing and quarantine protocols approved by the IATF. This is to further prevent the introduction of variants of concern to the country,” ani Roque. –WC
