KINUMPIRMA ng mga pamunuan ng Jollibee, Mang Inasal at McDonalds na nakararanas sila ng kakulangan sa suplay ng manok para sa kanilang mga signature meals.
Ayon sa Jollibee Food Corp., na may-ari rin ng Mang Inasal, na may mga ilang sangay nito ang hindi nakakapagsilbi ng Chickenjoy dahil sa limitadong suplay.
“Due to continued increase in consumer demand and limited chicken supply in the market that meets our high-quality standards, a small number of stores of Jollibee and Mang Inasal are unable to serve some chicken orders,” ayon dito.
“The supply is already improving and we are continuously working with suppliers to address the immediate demand,” dagdag nito.
Ganito rin ang pahayag ng McDonalds Philippines.
“There are only some stores that temporarily don’t offer certain chicken products due to an increase in demand and unavailability of chicken supply that meet our standards and specifications, serving only our best to customers,” sabi ng kumpanya
