INAPRUBAHAN ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board ngayong Biyernes ang dagdag-pasahe sa tradisyunal at modern public utility jeepneys, public utility buses, taxi, at transport network vehicle service kasunod ng hirit ng mga transport groups.
Ayon sa LTFRB, nasa P1 ang inaprubahang umento sa pasahe sa traditional at modern jeepneys sa unang apat na kilometro kaya tataas sa P12 ang minimum fare sa tradisyunal na jeepney at P14 sa modern jeepney.
Nasa 30 sentimos naman ang dagdag sa pamasahe sa bawat susunod na kilometro sa tradisyunal na jeepney at 40 sentimos sa modern jeepney.
Aprubado naman ang P2 dagdag-pasahe sa mga bus kaya nasa P13 na ang minimum fare sa ordinary bus at P14 sa air-conditioned.
Magiging P2.25 mula P1.85 ang singil sa bawat susunod na kilometro para sa ordinary bus, P2.65 mula P2.20 para sa may aircon, at P1.90 mula P1.55 sa provincial bus.
Dagdag P5 naman ang flagdown rate ng mga taxi at TNVS.
“Upon effectivity of the decision, the minimum fare for Taxis and Sedan-type TNVS will be P45, while AUV/SUV-type TNVS will be at P55. For hatchback-type TNVS, flagdown rate will be P35. There will be no increase in the succeeding kilometers,” ayon sa kalatas ng LTFRB.
Mananatili ang 20 porsyentong diskwento sa mga senior citizen, persons with disability at estudyante, pahayag ng ahensya.
