FORMER presidential spokesperson Harry Roque announced that multiple prayer rallies will be held in the Philippines and abroad to celebrate former president Rodrigo Duterte’s 80th birthday on March 28.
Roque said these gatherings will take place in various locations across the country, including major cities such as Davao, Manila, Cebu, and Baguio. International supporters have also organized events in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
