SHOWBIZ insider Ogie Diaz has challenged Cavite 4th District Rep. Kiko Barzaga to name other politicians who are “clean” and free of corruption, following the congressman’s criticism of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
In a shared post on Tuesday, Dec. 2, Ogie reposted Barzaga’s Facebook status where the lawmaker accused the President of corruption.
“President Marcos is too corrupt, there is no more hope for our country. The Republic of Mindanao is the only solution left to save the people! #IkulongSiMarcos,” Barzaga wrote.
Ogie responded: “So kung malinis ka, Cong, sino pa ’yung kaya mong ipagmalaki na malinis at walang bahid ng korapsyon?”
Barzaga has yet to reply to the question.
The congressman is currently serving a 60-day suspension after being found guilty in an ethics complaint filed against him. While he accepted the penalty, he has continued to call for the President’s resignation.
