THE 15-year-old victim of last week’s school shooting in Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija has died, police confirmed Wednesday.
Santa Rosa police chief PMaj. Williard Dulnuan said Zhane Entinado passed away at around 7 p.m. Tuesday after nearly a week in critical condition at a Cabanatuan City hospital.
Zhane was shot in the head by her 18-year-old former boyfriend inside the Sta. Rosa Integrated School. The suspect also shot himself and died a day later.
Police described the incident as a crime of passion. The case was considered closed.
