“Lobby groups are active in those Houses as well and just yesterday, the Chair of the Committee on Agriculture and Food in Congress was reported in the media saying that the beverage industry should have its separate sugar importation orders so as not to affect the price in the local market,” sabi ni Alba sa kanyang talumpati sa Philippine Sugar Technologists Association, Inc. (PHILSUTECH) Convention sa SMX, Bacolod City ngayong Huwebes.
