A BETTOR from Laguna has claimed the more than P21 million prize he won in the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the winner bagged P21,538,656 in the July 16 draw, using a ticket purchased from a lotto outlet in San Pedro City.
He correctly guessed the winning combination 44-30-12-24-06-35, which he said was based on the birthdays of his siblings.
The lucky bettor claimed his prize at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City on July 28, just days after the draw.
In an interview with the PCSO, the winner said he plans to keep the money in the bank for now and has yet to decide how to use it.
The Mega Lotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
