HUMINGI ng paumanhin ang Sparkle GMA Artist Center sa mga Katoliko na nagalit sa performance ni Julie Anne San Jose sa concert sa Nuestra Señora del Pilar Parish Church sa Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro nitong Oktubre 6.
Nilinis din ng Sparkle ang pangalan ni Julie Anne dahil kung may dapat sisihin sa pangyayari ay walang iba kundi sila dahil responsibilidad ng talent agency na makipag-“coordinate and clear details with the organizers and relay the instructions to our artist.”
“Sparkle GMA Artist Center takes full responsibility for Julie Anne’s attendance at this event,” ayon sa statement.
“Julie Anne only fulfilled her duties and commitment as a true professional. She is a devout Catholic and had no intention of disrespecting the church or its members,” sabi pa nito.
“We are truly sorry to those we have offended. We hope that this puts the issue to rest.” Humingi rin ng paumanhin ang Sparkle kay Julie Anne.
“We apologize to Julie Anne as well. Moving forward, we will be more vigilant in our coordination efforts to ensure such incidents do not happen again,” dagdag ng Sparkle.
Maraming Katoliko ang nagalit nang mapanood ang viral video kung saan makikitang nagsasayaw at kumakanta ng “Dancing Queen” si Julie Anne sa harap ng altar ng simbahan.
Kinanta rin niya ang “The Edge of Glory” ni Lady Gaga habang nakikihalubilo sa mga nanonood ng concert ng may pamagat na “Heavenly Harmony (Harana para kay Maria)”.
Ayon sa mga nakapanood, bukod sa masagwa ang ginawang pagsasayaw ni Julie Anne sa loob ng simbahan, hindi rin naayon ang suot nitong sexy gown sa okasyon.
