Imee asks public to send info on PBBM’s alleged drug use

SENATOR Imee Marcos on Wednesday assured individuals sending her information related to illegal drugs that their identities will remain protected, days after she publicly claimed that President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos was usinflg drugs.

In a Facebook post on November 19, the senator thanked those who have reached out to her and promised to safeguard their identities.

She also encouraged others to continue sending information.

The senator made her allegations during her speech at the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) protest rally at the Quirino Grandstand on Monday, November 17, where she claimed that the President, her younger brother, was allegedly using drugs.

Malacañang has since denied the allegation, while Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Sandro Marcos also rejected the claim, calling it untrue and “without basis.”
