PINATATAWAG ng Quezon City Prosecutors Office si dating Pangulong Duterte hinggil sa reklamong grave threat na inihain laban sa kanya ni party-list Rep. France Castro ng ACT Teachers.

Pinahaharap si Duterte sa tanggapan ng Prosecutor sa Dec 4 at 11 at para maghain ng kanyang counter-affidavit bilang tugon sa reklamo ni Castro.

Nag-ugat ang reklamo ng kongresista nang may sabihin si Duterte sa kanyang programa sa telebisyon sa Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI)Duterte matapos ibasura ng Kamara ang confidential at intelligence funds ng tanggapan ng kanyang anak na si Vice President at Education Secretary Sara Duterte.

“No motion to dismiss shall be entertained. Only counter-affidavit shall be admitted otherwise, respondent is deemed to have waived the right to present evidence,” ayon sa subpoena kay Duterte.
