NAGSAMPA ng reklamong plunder si dating Senador Antonio Trillanes IV laban kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at Senador Bong Go sa Department of Justice (DOJ) kaugnay sa 184 government contracts na nagkakahalaga ng P6 bilyon.
Sa 30-pahinang complaint, sinabi ni Trillanes na pinayagan ni Duterte at Go na mapunta ang kontrata ng mga proyekto ng pamahalaan sa mga kompanyang pag-aari ng tatay at kapatid ng senador.
“All the elements of plunder are clearly present in this case. Mr. Bong Go, in conspiracy with Mr. Duterte, used his position, authority and influence to corner billions worth of government projects in favor of his father and brother, thus unduly enriching himself and the members of his immediate family. The evidence presented in the complaint is compelling and warrants a plunder charge,” ayon kay Trillanes.
Mula sa 2007 hangang 2018, CLTG Builders, na pag-aari ng tatay ni Go na si Deciderio Go, ay nabigyan ng 125 government contracts na nagkakahalaga ng P4.9 bilyon habang P1.74 bilyon naman ang nai-award na 59 kontrara sa kapatid ni Go na si Alfredo.
