Castro hits Roque over ‘colostomy’ claim: ‘Chismax’

PALACE Press Officer Atty. Claire Castro did not hold back as she slammed former presidential spokesperson Atty. Harry Roque for spreading what she called fake and malicious rumors about President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s health.

Castro reacted to Roque’s social media post showing a photo of the President, where Roque insinuated that Marcos was allegedly wearing a colostomy bag.

“Anti-epal, anti-chismax tulad mo. He quacks like a duck, he dances like a duck,” Castro fired.

She said Roque should have watched the President’s public engagements more carefully, noting that there was nothing attached to or hidden under the President’s clothing during the event in question.

According to Castro, Roque has resorted to gossip and disinformation to attack the President and the administration instead of addressing the legal cases he allegedly fled from in the Philippines.
