ISA si Brian Poe Llamanzares, anak at chief of staff ni Senador Grace Poe, sa ginawaran ng parangal ng Harvard Kennedy School Alumni Association of the Philippines (HKSAAP) bilang natatanging lingkod-bayan, kamakailan kasabay ang taunang Bureaucrat’s Ball.
“The festive Bureaucrats’ Ball is an annual tradition carried on from our Harvard Kennedy School student days. It is not only an opportunity for the alumni in the Philippines to catch up but also to share and celebrate the achievements of those who serve in government and the public sector,” ayon kay HKSAAP president Gianna Montinola.
Isa sa highlight ng pagdiriwang ay ang pagbibigay ng parangal sa mga distinguished alumni na naglilingkod sa pamahalaan.
Bukod kay Poe, kasama rin sa pinarangalan sina Dr. Alex Brillantes, professor emeritus sa UP Diliman National College of Public Administration and Governance; Cesar Chavez, undersecretary for rails ng Department of Transportation; Jean Susan Desuasido Gill, presiding judge at vice-executive judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 131, Trece Martires City, Cavite; Vicente Homer Revil, administrator, Local Water Utilities Administration.
Annalyn Sevilla Santiago, undersecretary ng Department of Education; Reynaldo Tagudando, director, Department of Public Works and Highways; Hendrik Garcia, deputy assistant secretary ng Department of Foreign Affairs; Maria Luthgarda Lacaba, vice president, corporate services, PNOC Exploration Corp., Department of Energy at Mary Rose Magsaysay, deputy executive director and assistant secretary, DICT-Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center.
Plano na rin ng organisasyon na palawakin ang pagbibigay ng pagkilala at parangal sa ga hindi kasapi ng organisasyon upang mapalawak din ang impluwensiya nito sa pagsuporta sa pagtataguyod ng reporma sa pamahalaan.
